How long does it take for my order to be produced?
As all orders are made to order, they typically take up to 10 days to be produced

• Please ensure that your customisation details (e.g. font choice and word(s) - if applicable) are entered correctly during checkout
• TrulyMine is not liable for wrong orders made for customised items

Refunds & Cancellation

I would like to change the customisation details for my order / cancel my order
All orders are processed within 1 working day and cannot be amended or cancelled once production has started.

• Should there be an error with your order, please notify us at hello@trulymine.co within 2 hours

The item is not what I was expecting. I am unsatisfied with how it looks.
All TrulyMine orders are made to order, and renders can be provided upon request. To get a render of your item before purchasing, simply contact us at hello@trulymine.co

• Refunds will be issued only for quality-related reasons, and processing errors made by TrulyMine
